The Centre for Critical Thinking and Resourceful Research in Africa (CECTRRA) was born out of the desire to close the gap between creative thinking and gullible theories that pervade the African society. It is based at Abuja, Federal Capital Territory, Nigeria.
To provide a scholarly platform for a more devoted attention to a critical thinking culture that will lead to deeper knowledge of the African social self and to allow same to influence emergent thinkers, scholars, and theoreticians from Africa.
To redirect the cause of knowledge production and consumption in and beyond Africa through rigorous research, teaching, publications, conferences, seminars, consultancy, and academic advocacy.
